Customer End Users. The term “Customer” shall apply to the purchaser of the System, whether an individual or an entity, and any end-users who are granted permission to use the System under the Customer’s license (separately referred to “End-Users”.) Customer shall be responsible for ensuring each End-User granted access to the System by Customer adheres to these Terms. End-Users may be required enter into and agree to the terms of an End-User License Agreement prior to gaining access to the System.

Customer End Users. Each Customer End User agrees that the Master Services Agreement is hereby incorporated herein by this reference and, in addition to this End User License Agreement, govern the use of the Cysiv Software, Services and Solutions.
Customer End Users. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it has sole responsibility with respect to the Customer Content it makes available to its end users on the Platform, including ensuring that it provides such Customer Content in accordance with all applicable law. Customer is responsible for entering into agreements with its end users with respect to the access of such Customer Content, including any commercial or access terms, and providing all applicable notices and disclosure required by applicable law. Cypher Learning is not obligated to provide any support directly to any end user.
Customer End Users. If permitted in the applicable Ordering Document, Customer may display Licensed Data to End Users; provided that Customer will ensure all End Users comply with (a) applicable law, and (b) any End User terms and conditions required by Motorola or its third-party data providers to apply to use of the Licensed Data (“End User Terms”). If an End User fails to comply with applicable law with respect to use of the Licensed Data or with the End User Terms, Customer will take appropriate enforcement action against the applicable End Users, including by suspending or terminating such End Users’ access to the Licensed Data, and Customer will promptly notify Motorola of such violation and cooperate Motorola to resolve. Motorola will have the right to suspend delivery of any Licensed Data to Customer in the event of a breach of the End User Terms by any End User or an End User’s violation of applicable law.
Customer End Users. Customer agrees (i) to be solely responsible and liable to its End Users for their use of any Customer Application or Distributable Integration;and (ii) that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NSB will have no warranty or other obligation to End Users with respect to the Distributable Integration, and any support therefor, as well as claims, losses, liability, damages, costs or expenses in connection thereto shall be Customer's sole responsibility.

Experience • One years’ post graduate (Nurse Entry to Practice or equivalent) experience, or be undertaking this currently. • Please refer to area specific person specification if applicable. • Experience in an equivalent clinical setting to which you are being employed into.   • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.

  • Users There is no limit to the number of users who can access the Software. You can invite any person You wish to access the Software.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • Customer The agency or eligible user that purchases commodities or contractual services pursuant to the Contract.
