Custom Development Services. If Client orders Custom Development Services, the Custom Development Services are charged on a time and materials basis in accordance with the daily or hourly rates set out in the Rate Card in Annex 6.3. All relevant Fees and any reasonable expenses incurred by Productsup in the provision of Custom Development Services shall be invoiced monthly as Incidental Charges on or after the 15th day or on the last day of each calendar month in which the Custom Development Services are delivered.
