Curtailed Operations Sample Clauses
The Curtailed Operations clause defines the rights and obligations of parties when operations under a contract must be reduced, suspended, or limited due to specific circumstances. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which operations may be curtailed, such as regulatory restrictions, safety concerns, or economic infeasibility, and may specify notice requirements or procedures for resuming normal activities.
