Common use of Cultural Leave Clause in Contracts

Cultural Leave. 40.1 An employee may apply to use up to ten (10) days of unpaid leave entitlement for the purposes of Cultural Leave in each 2 year period in order to attend days of religious or cultural significance to the employee.

Leave taken in accordance with the provisions of this clause shall count as service for all purposes.
