Common use of Cultural Leave Clause in Contracts

Cultural Leave. 297. The Director may grant up to 3 days of paid leave per calendar year for the purpose of attending significant religious or cultural obligations associated with the employees’ particular faith or culture.

Cultural Leave. 297E15.1. The Director Director-General may grant up to 3 three days of paid leave per calendar year for the purpose of attending significant religious or cultural obligations associated with the employees’ employee’s particular faith or culture.
