CROWN LAND MANAGEMENT AND RATIONALISATION. Issues The parties agree the key issues to be addressed are: • determine the best future classification and management of Crown lands in the Xxxxxxxx City Council area through the Crown Land Assessment and Classification Project; • identify Crown lands containing Council owned or managed assets and achieve security of tenure for those assets; • rationalise the management and ownership of Crown land; • identify Council owned lands containing Crown owned or managed assets and achieve security of tenure for those assets; and • rationalise the management and ownership of Council owned land of high conservation value by considering land “swaps” for Crown land of lesser environmental value that may provide an important linkage or reserve for Council purposes. Some specific areas to be discussed as part of land rationalisation are: Area‌‌ Status Comment Pilchers Hill Council owned land. Look at possible reservation under Nature Conservation Act. Investigate appropriate tenure and management arrangements. Mortimer Bay Council owned. Investigate appropriate tenure and management arrangements. The tenant of Council land at 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx has a lease condition that required it to enter into a licence agreement with the Education Department to use the block as a carpark.   • Workload Management 11.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that employees and management have a responsibility to maintain a balanced workload and recognise the adverse affects that excessive workloads may have on employee/s and the quality of resident/client care.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • Meetings Between the Institute and Management Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave with pay to an employee to attend meetings with management on behalf of the Institute.

  • Property Management Borrower will provide for professional management of the Mortgaged Property by the Property Manager at all times under a property management agreement approved by Lender in writing. Borrower will not surrender, terminate, cancel, modify, renew or extend its property management agreement, or enter into any other agreement relating to the management or operation of the Mortgaged Property with Property Manager or any other Person, or consent to the assignment by the Property Manager of its interest under such property management agreement, in each case without the consent of Lender, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • MANAGEMENT OF THE BUSINESS Pursuant to Section 00-00-000 of the Act, and as stated in its Articles, the Company’s day to day affairs are managed by the Member. The Member is responsible for the daily operations of the business.
