Aboriginal Community definition

Aboriginal Community also known as “Aboriginal Group”, includes First Nation, Métis, and Inuit communities or peoples of Canada.
Aboriginal Community has the meaning ascribed to it in section I1.1 (Definitions).
Aboriginal Community means any Aboriginal com- munity represented by its band council; (communauté autochtone)

  • The Recipient will include an updated Aboriginal Consultation Record, if consultation with any Aboriginal Community is required, in its Progress Report.
