E-Mail Access Patient shall be given the Physician’s e-mail address to which non-urgent communications can be addressed. Such communications shall be dealt with by the Physician or staff member of the Practice in a timely manner. Patient understands and agrees that email and the internet should never be used to access medical care in the event of an emergency, or any situation that Patient could reasonably expect may develop into an emergency. Patient agrees that in such situations, when a Patient cannot speak to Physician immediately in person or by telephone, that Patient shall call 911 or the nearest emergency medical assistance provider, and follow the directions of emergency medical personnel.
ATMs You may access your Accounts from BECU’s ATMs and from ATMs and facilities that display the logos shown on your card and from other machines or facilities as we may designate that are part of BECU’s network. Automated Teller Machines We do not accept deposits at ATMs that we do not own or operate. Funds from deposits (cash or checks) made at automated teller machines (ATMs) we own or operate will follow the same availability schedule as making a deposit in person to one of our employees, except that same day availability may not apply to the items noted. These deposits may be available the first day after the day of deposit.
PATROL VIDEO SYSTEMS 2 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 3 has provided, or will provide, patrol video systems (hereinafter called “PVS”) 4 that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles designated by COUNTY for 5 use within CITY service area.
MOBILE DATA COMPUTERS 20 1. As part of the law enforcement services to be provided to CITY, COUNTY 21 has provided, or will provide, mobile data computers (hereinafter called 22 “MDCs”) that are or will be mounted in patrol vehicles and motorcycles, 23 designated by COUNTY for use within CITY limits.

Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.
Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.
PERS Pickup Effective February 1, 2019 compensation plan salary rates for PERS participating members shall be increased by six and ninety five one hundredths percent (6.95%). At that time bargaining unit employees will begin to make their own six percent (6%) contributions to their PERS account or the Individual Account Program as applicable. Employees’ contributions shall be treated as ‘pretax’ contributions pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 414(h)(2).
