Covered California Agent Liaison. If requested by Covered California from time to time, GA shall collect license verification and insurance information from Covered California Agents and forward such information to the Covered California. GA shall use best efforts to provide accurate and responsive service to Covered California Agents and Groups, including (i) responding to Covered California Agent inquiries within 24 hours regarding sales and pricing of Products and enrollments in Products and (ii) forwarding to Covered California within 24 hours of receipt all information relating to inquiries, complaints and other communications from Covered California Agents about coverage and benefits of Groups.
