COURT/JURY DUTY LEAVE. 6.11.1 In the case of jury duty or court appearance as the result of employment by the Board of Education, no deductions shall be made from the employee's accumulated sick leave or personal leave. Pay for days of such absences will be at the employee's regular daily rate. Court appearance as a result of employment does not include any appearance where the employee is a plaintiff, except as a plaintiff in assault leave under Section 6.11.2.
