Common use of Counting Against FMLA, OFLA Entitlements Clause in Contracts

Counting Against FMLA, OFLA Entitlements. 27 Sick leave and any other forms of paid or unpaid leave used for FMLA 28 and/or OFLA qualifying conditions, or absence due to a deferred or approved Workers 29 Compensation claim based on such conditions, will be counted against an employee’s 30 annual FMLA and/or OFLA leave entitlements subject to the provisions of the law.

Counting Against FMLA, OFLA Entitlements. 27 13 Sick leave and any other forms of paid or unpaid leave used for FMLA 28 14 and/or OFLA qualifying conditions, or absence due to a deferred or approved 15 Workers 29 Compensation claim based on such conditions, will be counted against an 16 employee’s 30 annual FMLA and/or OFLA leave entitlements subject to the provisions of the lawentitlements.

Counting Against FMLA, OFLA Entitlements. 27 18 Sick leave and any other forms of paid or unpaid leave used for 19 FMLA 28 and/or OFLA qualifying conditions, or absence due to a deferred or approved Workers 29 20 Workers’ Compensation claim based on such conditions, will be counted against an 21 employee’s 30 annual FMLA and/or OFLA leave entitlements subject to the provisions of the 22 law.

Counting Against FMLA, OFLA Entitlements. 27 Sick 16 Xxxx leave and any other forms of paid or unpaid leave used for FMLA 28 17 and/or OFLA qualifying conditions, or absence due to a deferred or approved 18 Workers 29 Compensation claim based on such conditions, will be counted against an 19 employee’s 30 annual FMLA and/or OFLA leave entitlements subject to the provisions of the lawentitlements.

Counting Against FMLA, OFLA Entitlements. 27 33 Sick leave and any other forms of paid or unpaid leave used for FMLA 28 and/or 34 OFLA qualifying conditions, or absence due to a deferred or approved Workers 29 Compensation 1 claim based on such conditions, will be counted against an employee’s 30 annual FMLA and/or 2 OFLA leave entitlements subject to the provisions of the law.
