Flight Crews Clause Samples

Flight Crews. The Company shall provide a qualified flight crew for each flight conducted under this Agreement. The members of any such flight crew may be either employees or independent contractors of the Company. In either event, any flight crew shall be and remain under the exclusive command and control of the Company in all phases of all flights conducted under this Agreement.

Flight Crews. Owner shall provide a complete flight crew for the operation of the Aircraft during the lease of the Aircraft to Lessee under this Agreement. Each member of such flight crew shall be duly licensed and qualified to operate the Aircraft in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”).

Flight Crews. Operator shall provide to Time Share Lessee a qualified flight crew for each flight conducted AIRCRAFT TIME SHARING AGREEMENT in accordance with this Agreement. Operator may, if it so chooses, elect not to hire its own pilots for any given flight hereunder, but to contract instead for pilot services from a third party vendor. Whether or not the flight crew is supplied by a third party vendor, the flight crew is under the exclusive command and control of Operator in all phases of all flights conducted hereunder.

Flight Crews. Lessor shall provide to Lessee a qualified flight crew for each flight conducted in accordance with this Agreement. Lessor may, if it so chooses, elect not to hire its own pilots for any given flight hereunder, but to contract instead for pilot services from a third party. Whether or not the flight crew is supplied by a third party, the flight crew is under the exclusive command and control of Lessor in all phases of all flights conducted hereunder.

Flight Crews. Any and all flight crewmembers operating the Aircraft on behalf of the Lessee shall hold commercial pilot licenses and shall possess current and valid first or second class medical certificates.

Flight Crews. Operator shall provide, at its sole cost, to Lessee a qualified flight crew for each flight conducted in accordance with this Agreement. The members of the flight crew may be either employees or independent contractors of Operator. Flight Crews. CCS shall provide to Time Share Lessee a qualified flight crew for each flight conducted in accordance with this Agreement. CCS may, if it so chooses, elect not to hire its own pilots for any given flight hereunder, but to contract instead for pilot services from a third party. Whether or not the flight crew is supplied by a third party, the flight crew is under the exclusive command and control of CCS in all phases of all flights conducted hereunder.

Flight Crews. All of the Regional Airline Services to be performed by Contractor will be operated with crews consisting of a captain or pilot, and a first officer or co-pilot. Contractor will ensure that all such crew members, as well as all flight attendants, will at all times meet all currently applicable governmental requirements and remain fully licensed and qualified for the services to be performed under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor will ensure that each of Contractor’s captains will hold a current Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and that an adequate number of flight crews will be qualified to fly between all city pairs that Contractor is required to serve pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor will also ensure that all flight crew members will meet all requirements imposed by the insurance policies set forth in Article VI.

NuStar may, if it so chooses, elect not to hire its own pilots for any given flight hereunder, but to contract instead for pilot services from a third party. Whether or not the flight crew is supplied by a third party, the flight crew is under the exclusive command and control of NuStar in all phases of all flights conducted hereunder.
