Costs of Operation. LESSEE will pay all costs incurred in the operation of the Aircraft during the Lease Term and until the Termination Date, for profit or otherwise, including the costs of flight crews, cabin personnel, fuel, oil, lubricants, maintenance, insurance, storage, landing and navigation fees, airport charges, passenger service and any and all other expenses of any kind or nature, directly or indirectly, in connection with or related to the use, movement and operation of the Aircraft.
