COST SHARING/MATCHING REQUIREMENT. Non-Federal cost-share/match is not required for this grant program. However, the recipient agrees to contribute $0 in eligible non-Federal matching contributions that are allowable, properly documented, and must be used during the grant period to share the costs for this statement of work. Failure to use the promised non-Federal matching share will result in the disallowance of costs reimbursed, and/or the deobligation of remaining unexpended funds.

COST SHARING/MATCHING REQUIREMENT. 1. At least 40 percent non-Federal cost-share/match is required for costs incurred under this Agreement. A minimum of 40 percent in eligible non-Federal cost share/match as identified on the cover page of this agreement, that is allowable and property documented, must be expended for work approved under Scope of Work during the Period of Performance in addition to the Federal grant share.

  • Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time.   • Funding Requirements If Subrecipient receives funds pursuant to this Contract for more than one program, the funds received by Subrecipient for each program shall be expended only for that program, and Subrecipient shall not expend more funds for any program than are set forth in the Attachment C, Budget Schedule(s) for that program. Subrecipient also shall provide the following services to Older Individuals to whom it provides the services described herein in Attachment A with the consent of the Older Individual, or his or her representative, Subrecipient shall bring to the attention of appropriate officials for follow-up, conditions or circumstances which place the Older Individual, or the household of the Older Individual, in imminent danger. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to limit Subrecipient’s responsibilities for elder abuse reporting as set forth in this Contract. Coordination of services. Subrecipient shall assure that all services funded under this Contract are coordinated with other appropriate services in the community and that services funded under this Contract do not constitute unnecessary duplications of services provided by other sources. Coordination of resources. Subrecipient shall work collaboratively with County, particularly the Information and Assistance Program (I&A), to ensure that clients who may need any services available through Older Americans Act or Older Californians Act Programs are referred to I&A for assistance in accessing these services.

  • Tax-Deferred Earnings The investment earnings of your IRA are not subject to federal income tax until distributions are made (or, in certain instances, when distributions are deemed to be made).

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.
