Copies of the Provincial Collective Agreement. The Union and the Employer agree that every employee should be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall make available copies of the Provincial Collective Agreement in booklet form to all of its employees. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Union and the HEABC. The Agreement shall be printed in a Union shop and bear a recognized Union label. The Union and the Employer shall agree on the size, print and color of the Agreement and all other particulars prior to it being printed. Printing shall be completed as soon as possible after the signing of the Provincial Collective Agreement.

Copies of the Provincial Collective Agreement. The Union and the Employer agree that every employee should be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and their rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall make the Pro- vincial Collective Agreement available to employees both in electronic and booklet form. An electronic copy of the Agreement shall be made available on the Union’s and HEABC’s websites. The Employer shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement to pro- vide two (2) copies for every three (3) employees per worksite. Should demand for printed copies be greater than supply, the Parties shall work together to identify unused copies, and if none are identified, ad- ditional printing shall be completed. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Union and the HEABC. The Agreement shall be printed in a Union shop and bear a rec- ognized Union label. The Union and the Employer shall agree on the size, print and colour of the Agreement and all other particulars prior to it being printed.
