Copies of Registration Statements. To furnish promptly to the Underwriters and to counsel for the Underwriters, upon request, a signed copy or a conformed copy of the Registration Statement as originally filed with the Commission, and each amendment thereto filed with the Commission, including all consents and exhibits filed therewith.
Copies of Registration Statements. The Depositor will furnish to the Representative copies of the Registration Statement (which will include all exhibits), the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus, the Final Prospectus and all amendments and supplements to such documents, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities as the Representative may from time to time reasonably request.
Copies of Registration Statements. Furnish to each Selling Holder and each managing underwriter, if any, without charge, at least one originally executed copy of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment thereto, including financial statements and schedules, all documents incorporated therein by reference and all exhibits (including those incorporated by reference).

The Corporation will, if requested, prior to filing any Registration Statement pursuant to this Section 5 or any amendment or supplement thereto, furnish to the Stockholders, and thereafter furnish to the Stockholders, such number of copies of such Registration Statement, amendment and supplement thereto (in each case including all exhibits thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein) and the prospectus included in such Registration Statement (including each preliminary prospectus) as the Stockholders may reasonably request in order to facilitate the sale of the Registrable Securities by the Stockholders.

Each of the Spectra Parties covenants and agrees with the Underwriters to furnish promptly to the Underwriters and to counsel for the Underwriters, upon request, a signed copy or conformed copy of the Registration Statement as originally filed with the Commission, and each amendment thereto filed with the Commission, including all consents and exhibits filed therewith.
Copies of Registration Statements. The Transferor will furnish to the Representative copies of the Registration Statement (which will include all exhibits), the related preliminary prospectus, the Prospectus and all amendments and supplements to such documents, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities as the Representative may from time to time reasonably request.
Copies of Registration Statements. The Company shall promptly provide the Holder with copies of all registration statements the Company files with the Commission under the Securities Act during the term of this Warrant Agreement.
Copies of Registration Statements. To the extent applicable, the Company shall furnish to each Investor whose Registrable Securities are included in any Registration Statement, without charge, (i) promptly after the same is prepared and filed with the SEC, at least one copy of any Registration Statement and any amendment(s) thereto, including financial statements and schedules, all documents incorporated therein by reference, if requested by the Investor, all exhibits and each preliminary prospectus, (ii) upon the effectiveness of any Registration Statement, one (1) copy of the prospectus included in such Registration Statement and all amendments and supplements thereto (or such other number of copies as such Investor may reasonably request) and (iii) such other documents, including copies of any preliminary or final prospectus, as such Investor may reasonably request from time to time in order to facilitate the disposition of the Registrable Securities owned by such Investor.

The Company will, if requested, prior to filing any Registration Statement pursuant to this Section 6 or any amendment or supplement thereto, furnish to the Securityholders, and thereafter furnish to the Securityholders, such number of copies of such Registration Statement, amendment and supplement thereto (in each case including all exhibits thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein) and the prospectus included in such Registration Statement (including each preliminary prospectus) as the Securityholders may reasonably request in order to facilitate the sale of the Registrable Securities by the Securityholders.
Copies of Registration Statements. The Company will, if requested, prior to filing any Registration Statement pursuant to this Article V or any amendment or supplement thereto, furnish to the holders of Registrable Shares participating in the offering related to such Registration Statement, and thereafter furnish to such holders, such number of copies of such Registration Statement, amendment and supplement thereto (in each case including all exhibits thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein) and the prospectus included in such Registration Statement (including each preliminary prospectus) as such holders may reasonably request in order to facilitate the sale of the Registrable Shares by such holders.
