Common use of Conversion of Compensatory Time Clause in Contracts

Conversion of Compensatory Time. An employee will be entitled to compensation, at time and one­half (1 1/2) of the applicable rate of pay, i.e., the rate at which it was earned, for all actual overtime hours worked and not compensated by use of compensatory time within the limits of this Article, upon separation or layoff, or the expiration of the eighteen (18) month period from the date such compensatory time was earned.
