Contractor Cooperation in Related Efforts. The Commonwealth of Kentucky may undertake or award other contracts for additional or related work, services, supplies, or commodities, and the contractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors and Commonwealth employees. The contractor shall not commit or permit any act that will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor or by Commonwealth employees.

Contractor Cooperation in Related Efforts. The University reserves the right to undertake or award other contracts for additional or related work to other entities. The Contractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors and University employees and carefully fit its work to such additional work. The Contractor shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor or by University employees. This clause shall be included in the contracts of all contractors with whom this Contractor will be required to cooperate. The University shall equitably enforce this clause to all contractors, to prevent the imposition of unreasonable burdens on any contractor.

  • Contractor Cooperation CONTRACTOR shall actively participate and cooperate with County, State and/or federal representatives in the monitoring, assessment and evaluation processes, including making any program and any administrative staff (fiscal, etc.) available at the request of such representatives.
