Common use of Contract Goal Clause in Contracts

Contract Goal. 11.2.3.1. Concessionaire shall make Good Faith Efforts, as defined in City of Houston Ordinance No. 99-893, as amended and 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26, to ensure that at least 36% of the Gross Sales earned under this Agreement are attributable to small business concerns at least 51% owned by one or more individuals who are both socially and economically disadvantaged or, in the case of a corporation, in which 51% of each class of voting stock outstanding and 51% of the aggregate of all stock outstanding is owned by one or more such individuals, and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by the socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who own it.
