CONTEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT. 6.1 CSIRO’s mission is to deliver great science and innovative solutions for industry, society and the environment. This Agreement supports CSIRO’s core purpose, role and Strategic Plan.
CONTEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement is made between WA Primary Health Alliance Ltd (WAPHA) and the Contractor for the performance of each Activity specified in the Activity Schedule. There may be multiple Activity Schedules which may each contain one or more Activities for which Fees are provided under this Agreement.

CONTEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT. 3.1 The overall Site and interests of the Members are as delineated and described on Plan A1.1 and described in further detail in Appendix A3. The boundaries of the Site may, with the consent of the Members, be re-defined from time to time.

CONTEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT. A. As of the date hereof, Holdings owns 75% of the voting equity of Striker Paper Canada, Inc. (more particularly defined herein as the "Corporation")
