Content of Tender (Single-Envelope System). 9.1 The tender must include all the duly completed documents as indicated in the Tender Form. Tenderers must indicate where the above documentation is to be found in their offer by using an index. All documentation is to be securely bound/filed. Tenderers are NOT required NOR expected to submit, with their offer, any components of the tender document except those specifically mentioned in the Tender Form.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment.
