Financial Offer definition

Financial Offer means the commercial offer made by a bidder on the basis of the financial criteria specified in the request for proposal;
Financial Offer means the financial offer submitted by a Candidate in accordance with paragraph 5.2(i) below, and the specimen set out in Annex V of this Request for Proposal.
Financial Offer means a binding financial offer which is submitted by Candidates in accordance with paragraph 5.2.1.
