Plant & Equipment. 1) The Contractor,shall at his own expense supply all tools,plants & equipment (here in after referred to as T & P) required for the execution of the contract other than those listed in tender documents/contract agreement which subject to their availability may be hired from PSTCL to the contractor or issued free for use in the execution of the work,as specified in the tender documents.

Plant & Equipment. 8.5.1. The Contractor must only operate plant that they are specifically trained on and have express permission to do so and that they have a current licence where applicable. The Contractor may only erect temporary scaffolding if specifically trained to do so.
Plant & Equipment. 7.1 Unless this Agreement provides otherwise, the Supplier agrees to supply, at its own expense, all labour, plant, equipment, tools, appliances or other property and items it requires to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement.
Plant & Equipment. This contract is for the hire of equipment and other items of plant for the period from the acceptance of the tender to the 30 June 2022. Where required a competent and suitably qualified operator is to be provided, otherwise the rates shown will be for dry hire only. Works to be carried out with the hire plant may include any or all of the following: Earthworks, Loading, Trenching, Excavating and general municipal civil works. The general types of plant and equipment required are listed below, however this list should only be regarded as indicative and does not limit the range of plant hire services a contractor may wish to submit for consideration. Plant & Equipment. The suitability and capacity of all plant and equipment used shall be to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Plant & Equipment. In the event of completion of the contract or early termination, the Company shall commit to pay the written down value at the time of completion or early termination on the Plant & Equipment that was purchased new during the Term of the Contract and is required for its Site except where this Plant and Equipment has already been fully purchased by the Company over the Contract Period. The Company may purchase any of the Contractor’s Plant & Equipment that was established or existing on the Site prior to commencement of the Contract. The purchase of that Plant & Equipment will be at the price agreed between the Company and the Contractor at the time of completion or termination of the Contract. If the Company does not want the Plant and Equipment due to the age or condition of a particular item/s of Plant & Equipment listed in the Schedules, the Contractor will take all action necessary including sale and/or disposal, termination of purchase agreements such as hire purchase contracts, reallocation of the Plant and Equipment to other contract work, etc. to minimise any additional payment required to be made by the Company to the Contractor. In all cases, payment to the Contractor shall not exceed two month of fixed and/or variable cost from the date of written notification to the Contractor by the Company’s Representative that the particular item/s of Plant & Equipment are surplus to the Company’s requirements.
Plant & Equipment. All equipment and machinery provided to be maintained, serviced and kept in good repair at all times (e.g. mower blades and level deck).
Plant & Equipment. 8.1 The plant and machinery, vehicles, fixtures and fittings, furniture, tools and other equipment used in connection with the business of the Company are in a good and safe state of repair and condition have been regularly and properly maintained and are in satisfactory working order
