Common use of Construction Change Directive Clause in Contracts

Construction Change Directive. Construction Change Directive or CCD is a written order prepared by the Architect, and signed by the District and the Architect, directing a change in the Work and stating a proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in the Contract Sum or Contract Time, or both.

Construction Change Directive. Construction Change Directive or (“CCD”) – A CCD is a written order prepared issued and approved by the Architect, and signed Owner or its designee for additions or deletions in the scope of work or services provided by the District and Contractor when the Architect, directing a change in Change Order work needs to be expedited.
