Patient appointments may be 4 rescheduled or reassigned by the Employer to maximize the utilization of regular 5 or part-time scheduled staff on a daily basis provided (1) that in the event of a 6 partial shift cancellation, low census hours are consecutively scheduled at the 7 end of the shift unless otherwise mutually agreed to and (2) cancellation is 8 assigned as specified in Section 12.2.5.
