Connecting Transmission Owner’s Access. Upon reasonable notice and supervision by RG&E, RG&E hereby authorizes the authorized agents, representatives, contractors, and employees of Connecting Transmission Owner to enter the facilities of RG&E at all reasonable times and subject to any required or necessary regulatory approvals, shall furnish to Connecting Transmission Owner at no cost any rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements with respect to lands owned or controlled by RG&E to the extent reasonably required for Connecting Transmission Owner to obtain ingress and egress at the Point of Interconnection to construct, operate, maintain, repair, test (or witness testing), inspect, replace or remove facilities and equipment to: (i) interconnect the Transmission Facility with the New York State Transmission System; (ii) operate and maintain the Transmission Facility, the Attachment Facilities and the New York State Transmission System; and (iii) disconnect or remove the Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment upon termination of this Agreement. RG&E’s obligation hereunder shall be to provide Connecting Transmission Owner (and its agents, representatives, contractors and employees) adequate and continuous access to all sites where access is authorized under this Section 5.12. Connecting Transmission Owner and its authorized agents, representatives, contractors and employees, shall comply with RG&E’s safety and security procedures, switching and tagging rules, and escort and other applicable access requirements in connection with exercising the rights of access granted hereby. RG&E shall give prompt notice to Connecting Transmission Owner of any changes to RG&E’s safety and security procedures, switching and tagging rules, and escort and other applicable access requirements. Connecting Transmission Owner must, prior to any access to RG&E’s facilities, and during the term of this Agreement, provide and maintain insurance in the kinds and amounts referred in Article 18 hereof. RG&E reserves the right to deny access to Connecting Transmission Owner’s authorized agents, representatives, contractors and employees, in or around the RG&E’s facilities if, in RG&E’s sole judgment, such authorized agents, representatives, contractors and employees are:

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities (“CTOIFs”) will consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as the revenue metering and RTU located at the ELP Stillwater Collector Substation.

  • Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner Notice Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each notify the other Party, first orally and then in writing, of the release of any Hazardous Substances, any asbestos or lead abatement activities, or any type of remediation activities related to the Large Generating Facility or the Attachment Facilities, each of which may reasonably be expected to affect the other Party. The notifying Party shall: (i) provide the notice as soon as practicable, provided such Party makes a good faith effort to provide the notice no later than twenty-four hours after such Party becomes aware of the occurrence; and (ii) promptly furnish to the other Party copies of any publicly available reports filed with any Governmental Authorities addressing such events.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner Obligations Connecting Transmission Owner shall maintain its transmission facilities and Attachment Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this Agreement.

  • NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner Obligations Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO may provide operating instructions to Developer consistent with this Agreement, NYISO procedures and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO will consider changes to their respective operating protocols and procedures proposed by Developer.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner [shall/shall not] transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate, and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter check socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall: provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring; perform all terminations; and supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • Information Submission by Connecting Transmission Owner The initial information submission by Connecting Transmission Owner shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to Trial Operation and shall include New York State Transmission System information necessary to allow the Developer to select equipment and meet any system protection and stability requirements, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner. On a monthly basis Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide Developer and NYISO a status report on the construction and installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, including, but not limited to, the following information: (1) progress to date; (2) a description of the activities since the last report; (3) a description of the action items for the next period; and (4) the delivery status of equipment ordered.
