Conference Reimbursement. As HSO are representing University Hospital when they present at conferences, it is in the interest of University Hospital to support the scholarly pursuits of its employees. To that end, all Housestaff Officers who are presenting at a conference, shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses related to said presentation. It is understood that related expenses be consistent with University Hospital’s travel reimbursement policy and shall include but not be limited to travel, materials, registration fees, lodging and food. Reimbursement for additional related fees shall be subject to approval by the Residency Program Director.
