Uninterrupted Operation Clause Samples
The Uninterrupted Operation clause ensures that a service or system remains continuously available without unexpected downtime or disruptions. In practice, this clause typically requires the service provider to maintain operations 24/7, implement backup systems, and respond promptly to outages or technical issues. Uninterrupted Operation. Both parties recognize the desirability of continuous and uninterrupted operation of the instructional program during the normal school year, and the avoidance of disputes that threaten to interfere with such operations. Therefore, the parties have established a comprehensive grievance procedure under which unresolved disputes may be settled by an impartial third party. The Association agrees that it will not, during the period of this Agreement, directly or indirectly, engage in or assist in any strike against the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District as defined by the Public Employment Relations Act.
