Conduct of Project. 3.1 The Proponent shall carry out the Project promptly, diligently and in a professional manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Conduct of Project. 2.1 University shall use reasonable efforts to commence the Project promptly after the Effective Date and to conduct the Project substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Sponsor acknowledges that University and the Project Manager must conduct the Project in a manner consistent with University’s educational and research missions. The name or title of the project will be determined by the organizational name used in this customized Intellectual Property Terms of Use Agreement.
