Conduct of Other Business. Without the prior written approval of Owner, Manager will allow no business other than the management and operation of the Property to be conducted by Manager’s employees or by any other person on or from the Property, including the on-site management offices.
Conduct of Other Business. No Obligor shall conduct any business other than activities in connection with, or related, ancillary, or incidental to, its interests in the Borrowing Base Assets or its interests in any Petroleum Assets.
