Common use of Conditions of Continued Employment Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Continued Employment. All teachers employed by the Regional School District No. 17 Board of Education shall, as a condition of continued employment, join the Association or pay to the Association a service fee. Said service fee shall not exceed the amount of the membership dues of the Haddam- Killingworth Education Association, the Connecticut Education Association and the National Education Association, and shall be subject to the rebate procedure set forth herein.
