Other Terminations of Service. Upon a termination of the Participant’s Service for any reason, other than pursuant to Sections 5(a), 5(b), 5(c), 5(d) and 5(e) above, any unvested portion of the Option shall immediately terminate and be forfeited without consideration, and any vested portion of the Option shall remain exercisable until the earlier of (i) ninety (90) days following such termination of Service and (ii) the expiration of the Option Term.
Other Terminations of Service. Upon the occurrence of a termination of Participant’s Service for any reason other than as provided in Section 3(a), all unvested Restricted Stock Units shall be forfeited and cancelled and Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation or other amount with respect thereto.
Other Terminations of Service. Upon a termination of the Participant’s Service prior to the final Settlement Date for any reason other than pursuant to Sections 4(a), 4(b), 4(c) and 4(d) above, the Award, including any then-outstanding Earned RSUs, shall immediately terminate and be forfeited without consideration.

Upon the occurrence of a termination of the Participant’s Service for any reason other than as contemplated by Section 2(c) or Section 2(d) hereof, all outstanding and unvested Option Shares shall immediately be forfeited and cancelled, and the Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation or other amount with respect thereto. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon a termination of the Participant’s Service for Cause, all Option Shares, whether vested or unvested, shall immediately be forfeited and cancelled, and the Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation or other amount with respect thereto.

Upon the occurrence of a termination of the Participant’s Service for any reason other than as contemplated by Section 2(c) hereof, all outstanding and unvested RSUs (and any associated Dividend Equivalents) shall immediately be forfeited and cancelled, and the Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation or other amount with respect thereto. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon a termination of the Participant’s Service for Cause, all RSUs and Dividend Equivalents, whether vested or unvested, shall immediately be forfeited and cancelled, and the Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation or other amount with respect thereto.

Upon the occurrence of a termination of the Participant’s Service for any reason other than as contemplated by Section 2(b) and Section 2(c) hereof, all outstanding and unvested PSUs shall immediately be forfeited and cancelled, and the Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation or other amount with respect thereto. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon a termination of the Participant’s Service for Cause, all PSUs, whether vested or unvested, shall immediately be forfeited and cancelled, and the Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation or other amount with respect thereto.
Other Terminations of Service. If your Termination of Service occurs prior to the end of the Performance Period for any reason other than as provided in Paragraph 3(a) above, the Performance Period shall terminate and all of your RPUs and unpaid DERs shall be forfeited automatically upon the date of your Termination of Service.
Other Terminations of Service. If your Termination of Service occurs prior to the end of the Performance Period for any reason other than as provided in Paragraph 3(a) above, all of your SPUs and DERs shall be forfeited without payment automatically upon the date of your Termination of Service.
Other Terminations of Service. Upon a termination of the Participant’s service for any reason, other than as contemplated by Sections 3(b), 3(c) and 3(d) above, the Restricted Shares, to the extent not then-vested, shall immediately be forfeited by the Participant without consideration.
Other Terminations of Service. If the Participant’s Service is terminated in a manner that is not otherwise specified in this Section 3, then the vested portion of this Option shall remain exercisable for 30 days following such termination (at which time this Option shall be cancelled), but not later than the Expiration Date.
