No Right of Continued Employment. I acknowledge and agree that nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting me any right to continued employment by the Company, and the right of the Company to terminate my employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, is specifically reserved.

Neither the establishment of the Plan nor the making of contributions by the Employer, nor any action of the Employer or the Committee shall be held or construed to confer upon any person any legal right to be continued as an Employee. The Employer expressly reserves the right to discharge any Employee whenever the interest of the Employer may so require.
