Computation of Annuity Sample Clauses

Computation of Annuity. The parties agree that the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Bond Index will be used for the purposes of computing the annuity withdrawal option. The most current index prior to the member’s retirement date shall be used. This option is only available for normal service retirement. A member who elects the annuity withdrawal option shall have their annual pension reduced accordingly as determined by the Pension Board Actuaries.

  • Computation of Overtime In computing overtime a period of thirty (30) minutes or less shall be counted as one-half (½) hour and a period of more than thirty (30) minutes but less than sixty (60) minutes shall be counted as one (1) hour.

  • Computation of Seniority For the purpose of calculating the length of service of a regular full- time employee, one year will be credited for each year of service beginning on the employee’s initial date of hire as a regular full-time employee. For the purpose of calculating length of service of a regular part- time employee, one year of service will be credited for every 2080 hours of paid work and paid leave. In the event a regular part-time employee is appointed to a position as a regular full-time employee, the seniority accrued as a part-time employee will be added to the seniority as a full-time employee.

  • Basis of Payment The basis of payment is identified in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. Reimbursement of costs incurred under a work authorization shall be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule.

  • Predetermination of Benefits If charges for a planned course of treatment by a licensed dentist would exceed $300.00, proposed details and x-rays should be submitted to the Plan Administrator for approval. Failure to do so may result in a payment of a lesser benefit amount because of the difficulty in determining the need for such treatment after it has been provided. Dental x-rays will be promptly returned to the dentist.

  • Balance Computation Method For all dividend-bearing Accounts, dividends are calculated by the average daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the average daily balance for the average daily balance calculation period. The average daily balance is determined by adding the full amount of the principal in Your Account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. Accrual on Noncash Deposits. For dividend-bearing Accounts, dividends will begin to accrue on the business day that You deposit noncash items (e.g. checks) into Your Account.
