Compliance with XXXXX and Plan Rules. PROVIDER agrees to be bound by all of the provisions of the rules and regulations of XXXXX including, without limitation, those set forth in the Provider Manual. PROVIDER recognizes that from time to time XXXXX may amend such provisions and that such amended provisions shall be similarly binding on PROVIDER. XXXXX shall maintain the Provider Manual to comply with applicable laws and regulations. However, in instances when XXXXX’ rules are not in compliance, applicable State laws and regulations shall take precedence and govern. PROVIDER agrees to cooperate with any administrative procedures adopted by XXXXX regarding the performance of Covered Services pursuant to this Agreement.

Compliance with XXXXX and Plan Rules. PROVIDER agrees to be bound by all of the provisions of the rules and regulations of XXXXX including, without limitation, those set forth in the Provider Manual. XXXXX shall amend and maintain the Provider Manual to comply with Maryland laws and regulations. However, in instances when XXXXX’ rules are not in compliance, applicable federal and State laws and regulations shall take precedence and govern. XXXXX agrees to provide written notification of material changes in rules at least sixty (60) days in advance of their effective date. If PROVIDER does not agree with the proposed changes, PROVIDER shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by providing a thirty (30) day written notice to XXXXX. PROVIDER agrees to cooperate with any administrative procedures adopted by XXXXX regarding the performance of Covered Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Compliance with Rules To comply with, and to require the Contractors to comply with, all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws bearing on the conduct of the work on the Improvements, including the requirements of any insurer issuing coverage on the Project and the requirements of any applicable supervising boards of fire underwriters.
