Competence of Staff. In the event that any of CONTRACTOR’s employee is found to be unacceptable to the CITY, the CITY shall notify the CONTRACTOR in writing of such fact and the CONTRACTOR shall immediately remove said employee unless otherwise agreed and, if requested by the CITY, promptly provide a replacement acceptable to the CITY.

Competence of Staff. The CONSULTANT agrees to provide and assign the following employee(s) to this Agreement.   • PERMITTING AND LICENSURE At Grantee's sole expense, Grantee shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Contract any state, county, city, or federal license, authorization, insurance, waiver, permit, qualification or certification required by statute, ordinance, law, or regulation to be held by Grantee to provide the goods or services required by this Contract. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, assessments, fees, premiums, permits, and licenses required by law. Grantee shall be responsible for payment of any such government obligations not paid by its Subcontractors during performance of this Contract.
