Common use of Compensation for the Vacation Scheduling Committee Clause in Contracts

Compensation for the Vacation Scheduling Committee. The Vacation Scheduling Committee shall consist of not less than two (2) representatives of the Union. Each member of the Committee shall be paid, by the Employer, two (2) full days’ pay at the employee’s straight-time rate when performing Committee duties. Mileage Travel time and mileage will be calculated based on MapQuest.in accordance with Schedules A and D.
