Compensation for On-call. a) An employee required to remain on-call in her location during breaks shall be paid time and one-half her hourly rate for the meal break or granted lieu time at time and one-half to be taken at a time mutually agreeable between her Manager and the employee, subject to the constraints of 15.02.
