Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation. If a paid holiday falls or is observed during an employee's vacation period, s/he shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay for full-time employees and without pay for part-time employees at a time mutually agreeable to the employee and the Chief Executive Officer or designate.
