Community Safety Initiatives. Issues The parties agree the key issues to be addressed are: • Tasmania Police and the Xxxxxxxx City Council agree that it would be advantageous to involve a representative of Tasmania Police, who has expertise in ‘safer design’ concepts, in large scale developments or open space planning; • the Xxxxxxxx City Council and Tasmania Police agree a more strategic and effective approach to emergency management is required; and • the Xxxxxxxx City Council and Tasmania Police and Public Safety would like to work together establish community programs aimed at enhancing “safety in the home” and “safety in the community”, taking note of the ‘Safer Cities’ model currently in operation in many Victorian cities.   • Fire Safety 9.5.1 Residents found in violation of the following fire safety stipulations not only put themselves at risk but also jeopardizes the safety of the entire community.

  • Health and Safety Training Regular employees and auxiliary employees in posted positions shall participate in a Health and Safety Training session once in a calendar year. The training program offered by the Employer must be approved by the joint Health and Safety Committee prior to such training commencing. Do not use floatation devices as a substitute for supervision. Toys can entice young children into the pool area. When not in use, clear the pool area of all toys.
