Commission, rebate and fees. I. The Customer agrees to pay any commission and custody fees as may be determined by the Bank from time to time. The Customer confirms that the Bank is entitled to request, accept and retain any rebate, brokerage, commission, expense, benefit, discount or other benefits provided by other parties for the benefit of the Bank as a result of executing the Transaction. The Bank may also provide any benefit to any party related to the Transaction. In receiving the benefits above, the Bank undertakes to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, any requirement to disclose to the Customer the receipt of any such rebate, brokerage, commission, expense, benefit, discount or other benefit.

  • State and Federal Taxes As Contractor is not County’s employee, Contractor is responsible for paying all required state and federal taxes. In particular:

  • CONTRACT LIMIT AND FEES AND EXPENSES is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “CONTRACT LIMIT, FEES AND EXPENSES. In the event of a conflict among provisions of the Contract, the order of precedence shall be: this Amendment No. 2; and then Amendment No. 1; and the original Contract in accordance with section 1.03. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE., therein.
