Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant. A. In addition to the Fiber Access local incentive and the BPOL Reduction Incentive Grant, as part of the required local matching funds, subject to appropriation, the County, through the XXX, will fund an annual incentive grant, for up to ten (10) calendar tax years, effectively reducing all or a portion of the increase in Lidl’s Arlington County real estate taxes resulting from the increase, if any, in the assessed value of the Lidl Facility, which is determined by the Arlington County Department of Real Estate Assessments to be directly attributable to the approximately $15.4 million “up fit” of the Lidl Facility as part of the Capital Investment (the “Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant” and together with the BPOL Reduction Incentive Grant, the “Arlington County Incentive Grants”).

Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant. A. Upon completion of the approximately $15.4 million Capital Investment “up fit” of the Lidl Facility, beginning April 30th of the following calendar year, and continuing April 30th of each subsequent year until April 30, 2026, the XXX, subject to the conditions below, will disburse an annual Commercial Rehabilitation Incentive Grant to Lidl in order to effectively reduce all or a portion of the increase in Lidl’s Arlington County real estate taxes resulting from the increase, if any, in the assessed value of the Lidl Facility, which is determined by the Arlington County Department of Real Estate Assessments to be directly attributable to the approximately $15.4 million “up fit” of the Lidl Facility as part of the Capital Investment.

  • RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM A. A Retirement Incentive Program will be provided by the District based upon the conditions stipulated below:

Each regional LMP council shall develop approaches aimed at reducing variation between medical centers, facilities and departments in the resources available for partnership. In particular, such a plan should: » ensure at a regional level there is adequate time for teams to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and test changes to drive improvement; and » provide regional or facility support to departments as needed to cross-cover or backfill and jointly determine the most cost-effective manner to provide the support.

  • Education Incentive A. The following monthly education incentive pay will be paid to each employee upon completing the listed degree and providing proof of completion to the Agency. Associate Degree Two percent (2%) Bachelor Degree Four percent (4%)

  • Physician Incentive Plans In the event Provider participates in a physician incentive plan (“PIP”) under the Agreement, Provider agrees that such PIPs must comply with 42 CFR 417.479, 42 CFR 438.3, 42 CFR 422.208, and 42 CFR 422.210, as may be amended from time to time. Neither United nor Provider may make a specific payment directly or indirectly under a PIP to a physician or physician group as an inducement to reduce or limit Medically Necessary services furnished to an individual Covered Person. The health promotion program shall emphasize the adoption and maintenance of more healthy lifestyle behaviors and shall encourage wiser usage of the health care system.
