Standard Paragraph Commission (Commission) regulations, 18 CFR Part 380 (Order 486, 52 FR 47897), the Office of Hydropower Licensing has reviewed an exemption surrender application for the Canal Creek Project, FERC No. 5572–006. The Canal Creek Project is located on the Wallowa Valley Improvement District irrigation canal in Wallowa County, Oregon. An Environmental Assessment (EA) was prepared for the application. The EA finds that approving the application would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment.
