Facilities Charge Sample Clauses
A Facilities Charge clause defines the fees or costs associated with the use, maintenance, or provision of certain facilities by one party to another under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes a facility, how charges are calculated—such as flat fees, usage-based rates, or periodic payments—and the timing and method of payment. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and agreement regarding the financial responsibilities for facility-related expenses, thereby preventing disputes over unexpected or unclear charges.
