Color Correction. The client will have to select up to 300 pictures per session, from candid & traditional pictures together, for color correction/editing. For example, Upto 300 pictures, from candid & traditional together, for the reception event. For multiple events combined within the 5 hours package / per session, the client will have to select only upto 300 pictures, from both candid & traditional together, all events put together. KNOT Photography will be color correcting/editing the selected pictures only and use the same for the photo-book / album. The color corrected link will be sent to the client within 5-10 working days from giving us the hard disk with selected pictures. Pictures for the Album / Photobook The album design will be sent to the client within 15-20 working days from sending the color corrected link. The client can select up to 300 pictures per photobook / album from the list of pictures chosen for color correction only. It can be a mix of multiple events as well. For Magazine books (if any), the number of pictures will be restricted between 10-15 and should be chosen from the list of pictures chosen for color correction only. The number of albums committed by the business manager in the final quote stands final. In case the client wants additional number of albums, the post production manager must be informed about the same and additional charges would apply, on actuals. The number of pictures for the album is restricted to ensure the quality and life of the same. We have an industry average that goes into account; on an average the albums (one for day 1, one for day 2 or if you club everything in one album) both inclusive, would contain between 350-400 pictures; if the number of pictures exceed by +5% over the average, we will not charge you extra. Color Correction. The final engine version has improved the color correction tools, and has made them HDR aware. This means that the tools are not bound anymore to the [0-1] range that was considered before, and they are applied prior to the tone mapping. The benefit of doing the correction at this stage is that color will be more consistent for different outputs (ie with HDR and SDR outputs). It is also properly applied on linear data, so the control reacts in a much more reliable way, especially when dealing with highlights. While this seems to be just another stage in the postprocess pipeline, it has been extended further into the system. This same functionality has been ported and is actually used as a tool for color correcting video inputs too in a very dynamic way. One common use case is to have a live video source that is shown over different backgrounds.   • MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment incorporated in the work under the Contract shall be new. All workmanship shall be first class and by persons qualified in the respective trades.

  • Testing Landlord shall have the right to conduct annual tests of the Premises to determine whether any contamination of the Premises or the Project has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use. Tenant shall be required to pay the cost of such annual test of the Premises; provided, however, that if Tenant conducts its own tests of the Premises using third party contractors and test procedures acceptable to Landlord which tests are certified to Landlord, Landlord shall accept such tests in lieu of the annual tests to be paid for by Tenant. In addition, at any time, and from time to time, prior to the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, Landlord shall have the right to conduct appropriate tests of the Premises and the Project to determine if contamination has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use of the Premises. In connection with such testing, upon the request of Landlord, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord or its consultant such non-proprietary information concerning the use of Hazardous Materials in or about the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Party. If contamination has occurred for which Tenant is liable under this Section 30, Tenant shall pay all costs to conduct such tests. If no such contamination is found, Landlord shall pay the costs of such tests (which shall not constitute an Operating Expense). Landlord shall provide Tenant with a copy of all third party, non-confidential reports and tests of the Premises made by or on behalf of Landlord during the Term without representation or warranty and subject to a confidentiality agreement. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly and satisfactorily remediate any environmental conditions identified by such testing in accordance with all Environmental Requirements. Landlord’s receipt of or satisfaction with any environmental assessment in no way waives any rights which Landlord may have against Tenant.

  • Samples Physical examples of materials, equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and that establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. The Contractor shall furnish for approval all samples required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall be in accordance with approved samples.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
