Collecting Money. Professional staff members will not be required to collect funds from students where such funds are not related to school work. In cases where professional staff member must handle money, the Board agrees to protect the professional staff members against loss except where such loss may result from a violation of promulgated regulations.   • Collection of Money Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Indenture Trustee may demand payment or delivery of, and shall receive and collect, directly and without intervention or assistance of any fiscal agent or other intermediary, all money and other property payable to or receivable by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee shall apply all such money received by it as provided in this Indenture.
