School Work Sample Clauses
The 'School Work' clause defines the ownership and use of work created by students or staff in an educational setting. Typically, it clarifies whether assignments, projects, or other intellectual property produced as part of school activities belong to the student, the school, or a third party. For example, it may specify if a student's artwork or a teacher's lesson plan can be published or used for promotional purposes by the institution.
