CONSEQUENCE for failing to put in effort is restriction of free time, to allow more time to complete missing assignments or study. Low grades may also make you ineligible for sports participation. PRIVILEGE for putting in the effort at school is the reward feeling good about your accomplishment, having the GPA needed to get into college, and growing successful coping skills for normal stress. Getting to participate in sports, is also a big incentive.
School Work. Each parent shall provide time for the Children to study and complete homework assignments, even if the completion of work interferes with the parent’s plans for the Children. Each parent is responsible for providing the other parent with all of the school assignments, and books for each Child. If attendance at Summer school is necessary for a Child, that Child will attend Summer school, regardless of which parent has the Children during the Summer school period.

There should no use of abusive language.  Your access to forums, message boards or Blogs will be terminated if: o You use abusive language o Any sort of bullying is sensed o Plagiarism of work In the classroom  Computers must be logged off when leaving a work station no matter how short the period.  You must not access a computer using another student’s security area.  You must not allow other students to access your area.  No unauthorised accessing of systems or other students work areas.  You must not allow other students to access your area.  No customising BMGS equipment (hardware or software). (All setups to be left according to BMGS standards, i.e. such things as installing software, screensavers, changing desktop, creating/deleting icons and changing hardware or software settings are not allowed)  Keep the ICT room’s clean and tidy at all times. Internet Access  You will only have access to the internet, N-able, Moodle and e-mail once you and your parents have signed and returned a permission slip and this agreement.  Only access the internet if a tutor is present and you get permission first.   • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

  • Dirty Work Where an employee and their supervisor agree that work (other than ship repair work) is of an unusually dirty or offensive nature, the employee shall be entitled to 43 cents per hour extra. Where an employee and their supervisor agree that certain ship repair work is of an unusually dirty or offensive nature, the employee shall be entitled to 58 cents per hour extra.

  • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work). Contractor shall perform the Contract Work pursuant to the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, appliances, and appurtenances for the Contract Work in strict conformity with this Contract, within the time-period prescribed by the City.

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day. Curriculum committee work shall occur at such times as are determined or approved by the Curriculum Director.

  • Work Site Work site shall be defined as a college campus or any other place designated by management where instruction and/or services are performed.

  • Shift Work Shift work is work not in excess of ordinary hours (ie 38 hours per week), but carried out wholly or partly between the hours of 7.00pm and 7.00am, Monday to Friday. Shift work is work scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the shift. Employees required to work shift work will be paid at time and one quarter of the ordinary rate per hour for ordinary hours worked.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
