Employee agrees to comply with all of the Company’s policies and codes of conduct as it may promulgate from time to time, including those related to confidential information and intellectual property. Nothing in those policies will be deemed to modify, reduce, or waive Employee’s obligations in this Attachment II. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, this Attachment II prevails.
