Use of Confidential or Material Non Public Information Codes of Conduct. 12.1 Confidential or Material, Non-Public Information. Executive acknowledges that he is prohibited from using or sharing any Confidential Information for personal gain or advantage (in securities transactions or otherwise), or for the personal gain or advantage of anyone with whom Executive improperly shares such information. Specifically as to material, non-public information of the Company, Executive agrees to comply with the Company’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policy in effect at the commencement of employment and as amended from time to time.
