CLIENTS AND CLIENT RECORDS. The Company shall have the authority to determine who will be accepted as clients of the Company, and the Executive recognizes that such clients accepted are clients of the Company and not the Executive. The Company shall have the authority to designate, or to establish a procedure for designating which professional Executive of the Company will handle each such client. All client records and files of any type concerning clients of the Company shall belong to and remain the property of the Company, notwithstanding the subsequent termination of this Agreement.

CLIENTS AND CLIENT RECORDS. Qtrans Language Solutions Global “COMPANY” shall have the authority to determine who will be accepted as clients of Qtrans Language Solutions Global “COMPANY”, and the Third-party recognizes that such clients accepted are clients of Qtrans Language Solutions Global “COMPANY” and not the Third-party. All client records and files of any type concerning clients of Qtrans Language Solutions Global “COMPANY” shall belong to and remain the property of Qtrans Language Solutions Global “COMPANY”, notwithstanding the subsequent termination of the employment which will remain for a period of 20 years and Third-party is not to breach the terms of this agreement or subsequently will be liable legally towards The COMPANY.

  • Patient Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the New PC shall retain all patient dental records maintained by the New PC or the MSO in the name of the New PC. During the term of this Agreement, and thereafter, the New PC or its designee shall have reasonable access during normal business hours to the New PC's and the MSO's records, including, but not limited to, records of collections, expenses and disbursements as kept by the MSO in performing the MSO's obligations under this Agreement, and the New PC may copy any or all such records.
